Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in Management with a focus on HR such as MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW, full time course from a reputed university / institute.
Experience: i) Candidates should be well conversant with Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Management and compliance related activities.
ii) Candidate should be able to liaison with statutory authorities for Industrial Relations/ Human Resource matters.
iii) Candidate should be well aware of trends in the area of compensation & benefit.
Computer literacy, good communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Hindi are essential.
Desirable: Knowledge of reading, writing and speaking Gujarati.
