HIGH COURT OF GUJARAT INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 36 POSTS OF PRIVATE SECRETARY AND ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER GRADE-II. LAST DATE — 31/03/2016
1. Private Secretary: 18 Nos. (ST-06, SEBC-12)
Educational Qualification:Â Graduate.
Candidates should have typing speed of 120wpm in English Short Hand and Knowledge of Computer operation (CCC / CCC+ level certificate or Degree / Diploma with computer as one of the subject or have SSC or HSC examination with computer as one of the subject)
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-35 years as on 02/03/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- with Grade pay Rs.4600/-
2. English Stenographer Grade-II:18 Nos. (Gen-08, SC-01, ST-03, SEBC-06)
Educational Qualification:Â Graduate.
Candidates should have typing speed of 100wpm in English Short Hand and Knowledge of Computer Operation (CCC / CCC+ level certificate or Degree / Diploma with computer as one of the subject or have SSC or HSC examination with computer as one of the subject)
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18years and maximum-35 years as on 02/03/2016.
Pay Scale:Â Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Stenography Test and Viva-voice. Test will be conducted at Ahmadabad on 01/05/2016 for the post English Stenographer Grade-II and July/August, 2016 for the post of Private Secretary.
Note: Candidates desiring to apply for both the posts shall be required to apply separately after payment of requisite Fees separately.
