1. Librarian: 01 Nos. (PWD(HH)-01)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks with knowledge of computerization of library.
Pay Scale: Rs.15, 600/- Rs.39, 100 and Grade Pay Rs.6, 000/-

 

2. Administrative Officer: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Masters degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent (5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST category).
Desirable: i) Three years experience in supervisory or equivalent cadre in a Group B post and ii) LL.B or MBA or CA/ICWA or MCA or M. Phil./ Ph.D. qualification
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years

3. Assistant: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers, and Diploma/ Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent discipline OR Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline.
Experience: 02 Years of Administrative Experience
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5, 200/- Rs.20, 200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2, 400/-

 

4. Jr.Assistant: 07 Nos. (UR-05, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) or its equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks or a Graduate and Diploma/ Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline OR Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline.
Candidates must have typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computers.
Age Limit: Maximum-27 years

5. Sr. Technical Assistant (Computer): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT) with one year experience or B. Tech. / B.E. (Computer Science / Information Technology / ECE or equivalent degree with one year experience in relevant area.
Age Limit: Maximum- 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34, 800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

6. Professional Assistant (Library): 01 Nos. (PWD (OH)-01)
Educational Qualification: M. Lib. Sc./ M.L.I. Sc. or equivalent with 50% marks OR Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/ Commerce or any other discipline with 50% and B. Lib. Sc./ B.L.I. Sc. with 50% marks.
AND Computer Science paper at Graduate/ PG level or six months Computer Science course
Age Limit: Maximum- 35 years

7. Museum Curator (Botany + Zoology): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate having studied relevant subjects with two years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Post Graduate degree in relevant subject

8. Semi Professional Assistant (Library): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any other discipline or any other higher qualification with 50% marks
AND B. Lib. Sc. / B.L.I. Sc. with 50% marks.
Candidates must have done course in Computer application at Graduate or PG level or 6 months Computer course.
Age Limit: Maximum- 35 years

Educational Qualification: Passed 10th or equivalent examination.

Age Limit: Maximum- 27 years
