1. SENIOR CONSULTANT MONITORING AND EVALUATION
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MD in Preventive & Social Medicine with minimum three years post qualification experience OR Master in Public Health with minimum seven years post qualification OR Master in Epidemiology/Biostatistics /Statistics/Economics with minimum eight years post qualification experience in planning and implementation of Public Health Program and in Health Systems research.
Desirable: Experience in implementing Health Programs at National or State Level.
Paper publication or experience in report writing on health related issues.
Knowledge of Biostatics and proficiency in using high level packages.
Age Limit: Maximum-42 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.75,000/- per month.
2. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (QUALITY ASSURANCE)

Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.

3. DISTRICT CONSULTANT PUBLIC HEALTH
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (Gen-01, BC-01, SC-01, EBP-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management with 02 years relevant work experience. Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2000/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
Age Limit: Maximum-42 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
4. DISTRICT QUALITY MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Gen-03, BC-03, SC-02, EBP-02)

Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality/formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, computer literacy, knowledge of government legislations and policies are essential. Candidate must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Age Limit: Maximum-42 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35, 000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Test and Interview.
Note: Selected candidates will be posted in any district of Haryana. Candidates belong to reserved category of other state will be treated as General candidates.
