Central Recruitment Agency of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh is recruiting 119 Clerk, Stenographer, Typist and Driver on behalf of Haryana State Legal Services Authority. 1. Clerk: 68 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent and Degree/Diploma in computer application. Candidates shall have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject at Matriculation level.
Preference will be given to the candidate holding higher qualification.
Starting Pay: Rs.7580/-
2. Junior Scale Stenographer: 29 Nos.
Qualification: Graduation and Degree/Diploma in Computer application plus one year experience as Steno Typist.
The candidate shall have to qualify English shorthand test at the speed of 100 W.P.M. and transcription of the same at the speed of 20 W.P.M. OR Hindi shorthand test at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and transcription of the same at the speed of 15 W.P.M. on computer.
Starting Pay: Rs.9840/-
3. Steno Typist: 9 Nos.
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Degree/Diploma in Computer Application.
The candidate shall have to qualify shorthand test in English at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and transcription thereof at the speed of 15 W.P.M. on computer
Starting Pay: Rs.7580/-
4. Driver: 13 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject and shall posses a valid driving lecense for light motor vehicle and medium passenger vehicle and shall have 02yrs of driving experience of such vehichle.
Starting Pay: Rs.9840/-
Age Limit (all posts): Minimum 18yrs and maximum 40yrs as on 26/06/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination which will be objective type with multiple choice followed by Computer Typing Test (wherever applicable) and Interview.
There will be negative marking in multiple choice questions.
Computer Typing Test will be in Hindi or English with minimum speed of 30 words per minute. See the PDF file given below for complete details.
The tests are likely to be conducted in the month of August/September, 2014. Separate tests will be conducted for different posts.
