DEPUTY SECTION OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 46 Nos. (Gen-20, ST-19, SEBC-07)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University.
10th or 12th Standard Examination Passed with English as one of the Subject.
Computer qualifications:
(i) CCC / CCC+ level Certificate, or;
(ii) Should have Degree/Diploma from any recognized University/ Educational Institution with computer as one of the Subjects, or;
(iii) Should have passed SSC or HSC examination from recognized School Board with Computer as one of the Subjects, or Courses prescribed by the Government.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-35 years as on 30/09/2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Main Written Examination and Elimination Test.
Elimination Test will be held on 03/12/2017 and Main Written Examination will be held on February/March 2018.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/SEBC/PH/ESM) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Note: Candidates belonging to the reserved catergory of state other than Gujarat, will be treated as General Candidates.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen.
