HSCC (INDIA) LIMITED IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR POSTS OF CIVIL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, DRAFTSMAN (ARCH/CIVIL STRUCTURE, FINANCE & ACCOUNTS AND CONSULTANTS (PART TIME)- MEDIC. LAST DATE — 15.05.2017
A. PROFESSIONAL
1) Civil Engineering
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering having minimum 60% marks with 1 to 15 years post qualification experience in all aspects of project management, including civil/structural works, publishing and finalizing pre-qualification requirement as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring, execution of site activities etc.
2) Electrical Engineering
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks having 1 to 15 years experience in design/execution of electrical works in large multi storied institutional buildings in the field of internal and external electrification works including HT/LT installation work, DG sets etc.
3) Mechanical Engineering
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks having 1 to 15 years experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works preferably for large hospitals.
4) Procurement
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Bio Medical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% mark having 1 to 15 years experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support, follow up with client/Ministry for approval and payments etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling procurement of medicines, medical equipment and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories.
5) Information Technology
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 60% marks having 1 to 15 years experience of computer networking, testing and system integration, hardware & software and related works.
6) Draftsman (Arch/Civil Structure)
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass holding 3 years Diploma in Architectural Assistantship with minimum 60% marks for D’Man (Arch) and minimum 10th class pass having at least 60% marks in ITI (Civil) Trade Certificate for D’Man (Civil). Candidates must have 1 to 15 years experience in AUTOCAD drafting of GA & R/f detailing drawings of multistoried buildings in an organization handling large civil projects. Command over AUTOCAD is must. Exposure in checking drawings and independently understanding GA & R/f drawing & to work from supplied designs is desirable.
7) Finance & Accounts
Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA/CA(Inter)/ICWA(Inter)/ MBA (Finance with min 60% marks) having 1 to 15 years post qualification experience in areas of MIS, Internal Control System, annual accounts, co-ordination with auditors, taxation, banking, tendering etc.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 years for all above posts.
B. CONSULTANT (PART TIME)
1) Medical Consultant
Educational Qualification: MBBS/MD/MS who have recently retired, preferably as HOD from a Hospital/Medical College of repute and familiar with specifications and planning of medical equipments for hospitals and medical colleges to be empanelled as Consultants
2) Procurement Consultant
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Bio-Medical/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university with at least 15 years experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling procurement of medicines, medical equipments and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories.
3) Project Management Consultant
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with at least 15 years experience in all aspects of project management including Multi Project co-ordination, publishing and finalizing pre qualification requirements as per Govt. norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, project Management & site Supervision of large projects at various places in India and abroad.
Candidates must be conversant with CPWD manuals, specifications etc, project planning & management, Billing, quality control, CVC guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with CPWD, PSUs and other Government organizations.
Age Limit: Maximum-64 years for all above posts
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
For all above posts: Candidates must have excellent knowledge of working on computers, including software viz. MS Office, MS Projects, Primavera etc for technical posts.
