SPECIALIST OFFICERS
Name of the Discipline and Educational Qualification:-
01) I.T. Officer (Scale-I)
Qualification: 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.
02) Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I)
Qualification: 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro- Forestry
Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer application/ operations/Language or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
03) Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I)
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer application/ operations/Language or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
04) Law Officer (Scale I)
Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council

05) HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I)
Qualification: Graduate and Full time Post Graduate degree or Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer application/ operations/Language or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
06) Marketing Officer (Scale I)
Qualification: Graduate and Full time MMS (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / Full time 2 years PGDBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing
Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer application/ operations/Language or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
Note: Candidates having PG Degree (MMS or MBA)/PG Diploma with more than two specializations are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years as on 01.11.2015, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1985 and not later than 01.11.1995 (both dates inclusive). Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others
Candidates’ Selection: Selection process will be carried by IBPS through Common Recruitment Process (CRP SPL-V). Examination will be through Online mode tentatively scheduled in January, 2016.
The examination will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India. Candidates applying from West Bengal may choose – Bardhaman, Berhampur, Durgapur, Greater Kolkata, Siliguri as their examination centre.
Candidates may download their call letters after 19.01.2015 from the official website of IBPS.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
The candidates who will qualify this examination will be awarded with CWE SPL-V. The validity of CWE SPL-V will be of one year, i.e. will expire on 31.03.2016. During validity period, the Participating Organizations (listed above) will release recruitment notification and candidates who have valid CWE SPL-V may apply/appear for Interview for selection to the post. Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- for Unreserved and OBC candidates AND Rs.100/- for SC/ST, PWD candidates. as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available.
