Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (RRBs- CWE-V) for recruitment of 16560 posts of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION (IBPS) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR COMMON RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR RRBS (RRBS- CWE-V) FOR RECRUITMENT OF 16560 POSTS OF OFFICERS (SCALE-I, II & III) AND OFFICE ASSISTANTS (MULTIPURPOSE) IN REGIONAL RURAL BANKS (RRBS). LAST DATE — 30.09.2016

 

1. Officer Scale- III: 198 Nos. (Gen-119, SC-24, ST-08, OBC-47 out of which PWD-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.09.2016

 

2. Officer Scale- II: 1999 Nos. (Gen-1019, SC-297, ST-143, OBC-540 out of which PWD-32)

i) General Banking Officer
Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

ii) Information Technology Officer
Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Desirable:
Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Experience: At least one year.

iii) Chartered Accountant
Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Experience: At least one year.

iv) Law Officer
Degree in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.

v) Treasury Manager
Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance.
Experience: At least one year.

vi) Marketing Officer
MBA in Marketing
Experience: At least one year.

vii) Agricultural Officer
Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
Experience: At least two year

Age Limit:Minimum-21 years and maximum-32 years as on 01.09.2016

 

Officer Scale- I: 5539 Nos. (Gen-2739, SC-807, ST-483, OBC-1510 out of which PWD-148)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Candidates must have proficiency in local language.
Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-30 years as on 01.09.2016

 

4. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 8824 Nos. (Gen-4400, SC-1459, ST-773, OBC-2192, out of which PWD-257, EXSM-1023)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent.
Candidates must have proficiency in local language.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-28 years as on 01.09.2016

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD/ EXSM candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Candidates willing to apply for more than one post should submit separate application for each post along with Examination Fee. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
