1. SERVICE FACILITATOR (SF)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Pass in 10th standard (candidates with higher qualification will not be eligible).
Candidates must have knowledge of Hindi Language- read, write and speak.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-30 years as on 01.07.2017.
2. SECRETARIAL OFFICER – TRAINEE (BACK OFFICE STAFF)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate (NISM/ NCFM qualification preferable).
Experience: Minimum one year experience in back office desirable.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-30 years as on 01.07.2017.
3. MERCHANT BANKER AND CORPORATE ADVISORY
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance or any other equivalent post graduation and NISM – Merchant Banking Certification.
Experience: Minimum Four year experience in handling assignments relating to IPO of Equity shares and Non convertible debenture, Due Diligence of Listed Companies, Delisting, Private Placement (NCD and Preferential Issue), Equity Valuation of Listed Companies, Loan Syndication, Open Offer, Buy Back and various other Corporate Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions. Pitching corporate clients.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2017.
4. EQUITY RESEARCH ANALYST
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance or any other equivalent post graduation And NISM – Research Analyst Certification.
Experience: Minimum Four years experience in equity research, analyzing trends of industries and economy, preparation of research reports, writing investment notes and report investment opinions on companies, Fundamental analysis, Mutual Fund and Bond market.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2017.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
Candidates for the post of Service Facilitator (SF) to be posted at Punjabi Bagh (East) Trading terminal in Delhi.
