Driver and Skilled Artisan (Vehicle Mechanic/Electrician, Welder, Tin & Copper Smith and Tyreman). T.S. DRIVER
Number of Vacancies: 19 (UR-10; SC-02; OBC-07). Out of total 02 reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualification: Middle standard pass is desirable. Candidates must have valid driving licence for light and heavy vehicles and at least 04 years driving experience.
Age Limit: 21 years to 28 years as on 01/07/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

 

SKILLED ARTISAN
– Motor Vehicle Mechanic: 03 (UR-1; SC-1; OBC-1)
– Motor Vehicle Electrician: 01 (UR)
– Welder: 03 (UR-2; OBC-1). Out of total 01 reserved for Ex-Serviceman.
– Tin & Copper Smith: 01 (UR)
– Tyreman: 01 (UR)
Qualification: Certificate in the respective Trade from any technical Institution or ITI in respective trade OR Class VIII passed with minimum one year experience in the trade.
Candidates applying for the post of Motor Vehicle Mech./Elect. should possess valid driving license.
Age Limit: 18 years to 30 years as on 01/07/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and Ex-Servicemen & others – as per norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Trade Test/Driving test (wherever applicable).
