Indian Army, 27 Field Ammunition Depot is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 291 posts of Material Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Fireman, Tradesman Mate and MTS (Safaiwala). INDIAN ARMY, 27 FIELD AMMUNITION DEPOT IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 291 POSTS OF MATERIAL ASSISTANT, LOWER DIVISION CLERK, FIREMAN, TRADESMAN MATE AND MTS (SAFAIWALA). LAST DATE — 21 days

 

1. LOWER DIVISION CLERK (LDC)
   No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-01, ST-02, OBC-02)
   Educational Qualification: 12th Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
   Candidates must have typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
   Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs 19900/- per month.

 

2. FIREMAN
   No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, ST-01)
   Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board.
   Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs 19900/- per month.

 

3. MATERIAL ASSISTANT
   No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, ST-02)
   Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any recognised institutions.
   Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-27 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs 29200/- per month.

 

4. TRADESMAN MATE
   No. of Vacancies: 266 Nos. (UR-133, OBC-51, SC-46, ST-36, ESM-18)
   Educational Qualification: Matriculation Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
   Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs 18000/- per month.

 

5. MTS (SAFAIWALA)
   No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
   Educational Qualification: Matriculation Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
   Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs 18000/- per month.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Physical Standards (For Fireman only): 
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cms (162.5 cm for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 81.5 cms; Chest (expanded) — 85 cms; Weight — 50Kgs

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test , Typing Test and Physical Endurance Test, wherever applicable.
