NCC SPECIAL ENTRY SCHEME 43RD COURSE-APRIL 2018 SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (NT).

 

No. of Vacancies: 54 Nos. [Men-50 (Gen-45, Ward of Battle casualties of Army personnel-05), Women-04 (Gen-03,
Ward of Battle casualties of Army personnel-01)].

 

Educational Qualification: 

i) For NCC ‘C’ Certfificate Holders: Degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks. Should have served for minimum two academic years in the Senior Division/Wing of NCC. Should have obtained minimum of ‘B’ Grade in ‘C’

ii) For Ward of Battle casualties of Army personnel: Degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks.

 

Age Limit: Minimum-19 years and maximum-25 years as on 01/01/2018.

 

Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 157.5 cm
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 152 cm; Weight — 42 kg

 

Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through SSB Interview and Medical Examination.
Interview will be held at Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka), Kapurthala (PB).

 

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Army — www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY
PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
