Indian Army invites application for recruitment of 334 Havildar Education in the Army Educational Corps in Science and Art stream. INDIAN ARMY INVITES APPLICATION FOR 334 POSTS OF HAVILDAR IN THE ARMY EDUCATIONAL CORPS IN SCIENCE & ART STREAM. LAST DATE — 15/05/2015

 

Total No. of vacancies: 334 Nos.

(a) Science Stream : 200 Nos.
(b) Arts Stream : 134 Nos.

 

Educational Qualification:

(a) For Science Stream: M.Sc/B Sc /MCA/ BCA /B.Tech/B.Sc (IT) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Electronics or Computer Science.

(b) For Arts Stream: MA/BA with English Literature, Hindi Literature, Urdu Literature, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics or Sociology.

The candidates must have working knowledge of either English or Hindi

Only Male candidates are eligible to apply. Married candidates below the age of 21 years, are not eligible to apply.

 

Age Limit: 20 to 25 years as on first day of Recruitment Rally.

 

Physical Standards: Minimum physical standards will be as applicable to the Soldier (Clerk). The details can be obtained from any HQ Recruiting Zone, IRO Delhi Cantt / Army Recruitment Office. See officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be selected through – Physical Fitness Test, Medical Standards Test, Written Examination and Teaching Aptitude Test/Interview.
Selected candidates will undergo Military and Technical Training for approximately one year at AEC Training College & Centre, Pachmarhi (MP).

Physical Fitness Test Physical fitness test will be as follows :-

(a) 1.6 Km in maximum 6.20 minutes.
(b) Pull ups (Beam) – minimum 6 pull ups.
(c) Zig Zag balance
(d) 9 Feet ditch

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures is to be addressed to the Headquarters Recruiting Zone /IRO Delhi Cant (For Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Mewat Dist of Haryana) of which the individual is domicile of, so as to reach on or before 15th May 2015.
