The Indian Navy is inviting unmarried Male candidates for recruitment as a Permanent Commissioned Officer in Law Cadre of Executive Branch. Course commencing June-2014 at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Kerala. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format. Educational qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief are given below —

JOIN INDIAN NAVY AS A PERMANENT COMMISSIONED OFFICER IN LAW CADRE OF EXECUTIVE BRANCH. COURSE COMMENCING JUNE-2014. LAST DATE — 17/02/2014

Permanent Commissioned Officer in Law Cadre of Executive Branch. 
Course commencing in June,2014 at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala.

Educational Qualification: A Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks. Candidates appearing for final year or awaiting result are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit: 22yrs to 27yrs, i.e. candidates must have been born between 02 Jun,1987 to 01 Jun 1992 (both dates inclusive)

Physical Standards: 
(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height -157 cms with correlated weight.
(b) Eye Sight: The minimum acceptable standard for distant vision 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses. Should not be colour/night blind.

Candidates will be issued call up letter for Service Selection Board (SSB) interviews based on their performance in Law Degree. SSB interviews for short-listed candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore during Apr to May 2014.
Training — Candidates will be inducted as officers in the rank of Sub Lieutenant in Jun 2014 and undergo Naval Orientation Course at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala followed by professional training at various Naval Training Establishments/Units/Ships.
On successful completion of training, candidates will be commissioned as Sub Lieutenant.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Indian Navy — www. nausena-bharti.nic.in (See live URL given below).
After successful submission of Online Application form, candidates shall print-out the system generated Registration Slip which will appear on the computer screen. Candidates shall print-out it in two copies out of which one copy along with enclosures shall be addressed to the below given postal address.

The print-out Registration Slip shall be accompanied with Self-attested photograph, photocopies of Class 10 Certificates for verification of date of birth and other educational certificates along with Mark sheets (of all semesters/years),  attested by Gazetted officer.

Superscribe the top of the envelope containing the print-out application and enclosures in bold with – “ONLINE APPLICATION NO. ________ APPLICATION FOR LAW CADRE – JUNE 2014 COURSE, Educational Qualification _________ Aggregate Percentage____%”.

Address to send the Application: Post Box No. 04, NIRMAN BHAWAN NEW DELHI – 110 011. Send the application only by ORDINARY POST.
