1. PERMANENT COMMISSION (EDUCATION) (MALE)

Educational Qualification:
(i) M.Sc. (Physics/Nuclear Physics) with Maths in B.Sc. with minimum 60% marks.
(ii) M.Sc. (Maths/Operational Research) with Physics in B.Sc. with minimum 60% marks.
(iii) M.A. (English) with minimum 60% marks.
(iv) M.A. (History) with minimum 60% marks.
(v) BE / B.Tech (Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering).with minimum 60% marks.
(vi) BE / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering).with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Born Between-02/07/1993 to 01/07/1997
2. SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (SSC)- LOGISTICS

Educational Qualification:
i) BE/B.Tech in any discipline/ B. Architecture with First Class or
(ii) MBA with First Class or
(iii) B.Sc / B.Com / B.Sc.(IT) with first class and a PG Diploma in Finance / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Material Management or
(iv) MCA / M.Sc (IT).
Age Limit: Born between – 02/07/1993 to 01/01/1999
3. SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION SSC X (IT)
No. of Vacancies: 15 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
(i) BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / Computer Engg/ IT) with minimum 60% marks
(ii) M.Sc (Computer / IT) with minimum 60% marks
(iii) B.Sc (IT) with minimum 60% marks
(iv) M.Tech (Computer Science) with minimum 60% marks
(v) BCA/MCA with minimum 60% marks
Age Limit: Born between – 02/07/1993 to 01/01/1999
4. SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (LAW)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law qualifying for enrolment as an Advocate under âAdvocates Act 1961â with minimum 55 % marks.
Age Limit: Born between – 02/07/1991 to 01/07/1996
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 157 cm with correlated weight as per age and height.
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 152 cm with correlated weight as per age and height.
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through marks obtained in BE/B. Tech, Medical Test and SSB interviews.
SSB interviews for shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Coimbatore/ Visakhapatnam during Dec 17 to Mar 18.
