STEWARDS, CHEFS AND HYGIENISTS FOR MR/NMR-OCTOBER 2017 (02/2017) BATCH.
Educational Qualification: Qualified in Matric (10th) class for MR and VIth class for NMR entry.
Age Limit: Minimum-17 years and maximum-21 years as on 01/10/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs 5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 157 cms; Chest (expanded) — 5 cms
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
The candidate must be in good physical and mental health, free from any defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties both ashore and afloat under peace as well as war conditions.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Physical Fitness Test and Medical Examinations.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Indian Navy — www.joinindiannavy.gov.in (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 19/12/2016 to 02/01/2017
Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 09/01/2017
