1. ASSISTANT HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYOR
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-1, OBC-1)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering OR Equivalent with 3 years experience in Hydrographic Survey OR Survey Recorder-1 of the Indian Navy with 10 years experience in survey and navigation.
Desirable:
i. Knowledge of Geographical Information system Software and computer operation.
ii. Knowledge of Nautical Cartography.
Age Limit: Not Exceeding 30 Years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600- Rs.39100 and Grade of Rs. 5400/-
2. JUNIOR HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYOR
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience in Hydrographic / land survey Or SR I/II of the Indian Navy with 7 years experience in Hydrographic.
Age Limit: Not Exceeding 30 Years.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
3. JUNIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree from Recognized University with SAS Commercial examination Or
Equivalent with 3 years experience of Cash, Commercial accounting and Budget work Or
Degree from a recognized University with Inter ICWA/ Inter CA.
Age Limit: Not Exceeding 30 years 30/11/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview.
Written test is likely to be conducted in the 3 rd / 4 th Sunday of Dec-2017,
Candidate selected for the post may be posted in the Regional offices of Patna/ Guwahati/ Kolkata/ Kochi and other sub-offices of IWAI at Varanasi, Allahabad, Farakka, Sahebganj, Vijayawada, Kollam, Chennai and other regional offices/ sub-offices likely to be opened in future.
