6) Boxing: 04 posts (Male)
7) Ice Hockey: 03 posts (Male)
8) Archery: 05 posts (Male-03, Female-02)
9) Gymnastics: 06 posts (Female-06)
10) Kabaddi: 05 posts (Female-05)
11) Athletics: 25 posts (Male-15, Female-10)
12) Rifle Shooting: 12 posts (Male-07, Female-05)
13) Karate: 10 posts (Male-05, Female-05)

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or 10th class pass or equivalent
Sports Eligibility (Sportsperson who meets any one of the following criteria may apply):
i) Sportspersons who have represented a State or the Country in the National or the International competition in any of the Games/Sports.
ii) Sportspersons who have been awarded National awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive for the Sports/Games.
iii) Sportspersons Junior (under eighteen age group) who have represented at National competition in any of the Games/Sports.
iv) Sportspersons who have represented their University in the Inter University tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Boards in any of the sports/games.
v) Sportspersons who have represented the State School Teams in the National Sports/Games for School conducted by the all India School Games Federation in any of the Games/Sports.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-23 years as on 31.10.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.21700/- Rs.69100/- and other allowances
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cms (76 cms for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85 cms (81cm for ST); Weight — as per medical standards
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cms (150 cms for ST candidates); Chest — Not applicable; Weight — as per medical standards
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Physical Standard Test, Physical Endurance Test and Trial Test
