Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Experience: Two years actual practice at Bar with proficiency in Urdu.
Desirable: Three years experience in translation of legal documents.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/-
- ASSISTANT LEGAL REMEMBRANCER/ PUBLIC LAW OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 23 Nos. (OM-12, RBA-05, SC-02, ST-02, ALC-01, SLC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in law from a recognized University.
Experience: Two years actual practice at Bar.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC and 02 years for PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of the candidates will be through Examination/ Interview. The Examination will be held at different centers located in Srinagar and Jammu cities.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 04/03/2018.
