KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA, GANGTOK WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR POSTS OF POST GRADUATE TEACHER, TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER, PRIMARY TEACHERS, YOGA TEACHER AND NURSE. WALK-IN DATE — 9th & 10th March 2017 (8:30 am to 10 am)
1. POST GRADUATE TEACHER- HINDI, ENGLISH, MATHS, PHYSICS, BIOLOGY and COMMERCE.
Educational Qualification: i) Master Degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject and ii) B.Ed or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
2. TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER – HINDI, ENGLISH, MATHS, SCIENCE, SOCIAL SCIENCE
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in concerned subject and in aggregate including elective and language in the combination of the subjects and ii) B.Ed or equivalent qualification from recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
3. PRIMARY TEACHERS
Educational Qualification: i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and ii) Diploma or Certificate in basic teachers’ training of duration of not less than two year OR Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) or B.Ed or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
4. COUNSELOR
Educational Qualification: M.A/M.Sc(Psychology) from a recognized College or University plus Regular one year Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling OR M.A/M.Sc/M.Com with B..Ed/M.Ed qualification plus Regular one year Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
5. POST GRADUATE TEACHER (COMPUTER SCIENCE & COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR)
Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech (Computer Science)/MCA/M.Sc (Comp.Sc)/M.Sc (Electronics with Computer Science component/M. Sc(IT)/B. Sc (Com. Sc) OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any Science subject/Mathematics with PGDCA OR Post Graduate Degree in any subject with PGDCA from Govt. recognised University/’O’ Level from DOEACC OR Post Graduate degree in any subject with minimum ‘A’ level from DOEACC.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
6. YOGA TEACHER
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation/Graduation in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University, Diploma in Yoga from a recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
7. NURSE
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Nursing with ‘A’ Grade from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-60 years
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
