Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree.
Preference may be given to those applicants who possess Masters Degree in Business Administration in Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Experience: Preference would be given to candidates who have at least 2 years experience in life insurance industry; for LIC Employees at least 03 years experience and for LIC agents at least 05 years experience.

 

Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01.06.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; EBC/BC- 3yrs; Women- 03yrs; PWD-10 and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: During the period of training, the candidates will be given Remuneration of Rs.23836/-per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates will get Pay Scale of Rs.11535/- to Rs.28865/- per month.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of On-Line Test and Interview. Candidates who will qualify the on-line test will be called for Interview.

On-line test will be held at the various centres, tentatively on Sunday, 19th July, 2015 & Saturday, 25th July, 2015 and/or any other date. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of LIC Eastern.
