1. POSTAL ASSISTANT (23 POSTS)/ SORTING ASSISTANT (04 POSTS)
No. of Vacancies: 27 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Pass in 10+2 standard or 12th class pass from recognized University/ Board of School Education, Board of Secondary Education (excluding vocational/ JOC streams).
Desirable: Candidate having knowledge of typing and computer application is desirable.
Age Limit: 18 yrs – 27 yrs as on 12.04.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – Rs.20,200 with a Grade pay of Rs.2,400/-
2. POSTMAN
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
The candidates with the following qualifications shall be considered meritorious for the purpose of recruitment under sports quota:-
Age Limit: 18 yrs – 27 yrs as on 12.04.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – Rs.20,200 with a Grade pay of Rs.2,000/-
3. MTS
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit: 18 yrs – 25 yrs as on 12.04.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – Rs.20,200 with a Grade pay of Rs.1,800/-

Sports Eligibility essential for above vacancies —
a) Sportsmen who have represented a State or the country in the National or International competition in the above listed sports/games.
b) Sportsmen who have represented their university in the inter university tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in the sports/games.
c) Sportsmen who have represented the state schools team in the National Sports/Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in the sports/games.
d) Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be made on the educational and sports qualification.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Chief Postmaster General, MP Circle, payable at Bhopal.
Application fee of Rs.100/- may also be deposited in Unclassified Receipt (UCR) in any post office. Only the Applicants who are called for selection / field trials will have to pay an examination fee of Rs.400/-. Women/ SC/ ST candidates are exempted from payment of exam fee.
