Mazagon Dock Limited (MDL) is recruiting 345 candidates for Technical, Staff and Operatives posts in various trades, viz. – Draughtsman, Fabricator, Fitter, Mechanic, Welder, Machinist, Rigger, Painter, Pharmacist, Driver, Medical Assistant, Hindi Translator and Etc. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

STAFFS:
1. Assistant (Hindi Translator): M.A (Hindi) with Degree or Diploma in Translation from English to Hindi and vice –versa. Shall have proficiency of working on Computer in Hindi language. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience is essential.
2. Sr. Medical Assistant (Male): Degree/ Diploma in Nursing of 3 years after class 12 pass and Basic life support and Advance Cardiac life support certification of American Heart Association or equivalent. Minimum 02 years experience in 100 beded Govt./ Pvt. Hospital.
3. Driver: SSC or equivalent and shall possess valid driving licence. The candidates having Heavy Duty Driving License will be preferred. The candidate should have Vehicle driving experience of 08 years in Government / Public Limited Company at Mumbai.

TRADES:
4. Pharmacist: B.Pharm/ D. Pharm with minimum 02 years working experience in Dispensary as Pharmacist.
5. Jr. Draughtsman (Mechanical): SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of ‘Draughtsman’ in Mechanical Stream.
6. Structural Fabricator: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Structural Fitter / Fabricator or Fitter or Sheet Metal Worker.
7. Fitter: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Fitter / Millwright Mechanic / Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance.
8. Pipe Fitter: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Pipe Fitter / Fitter/Plumber.
9. Electrician: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Electrician.
10. Electric Crane Operator: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Electrician.
11. Electronic Mechanic: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Electronic Mechanic/ Mechanic Radio & Radar Aircraft.
12. Painter: Class VIII with NAC in the trade of Painter
13. Carpenter: Class VIII with NAC in the trade of Carpenter.
14. Machinist: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Machinist
15. Brass Finisher: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Fitter or Machinist
16. Composite Welder: Class-VIII with NAC in the trade of Welder/ Welder (Gas & Electric)
17. Rigger: Class VIII with NAC in the trade of Rigger/ Fitter.
18. Millwright Mechanic: SSC or equivalent with NAC Examination in the Trade of Millwright Mechanic/ Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance.

EXPERIENCE CRITERIA: Candidates applying for the posts for the trades mentioned at serial no. 4 to 18 above should have minimum 2 years experience in a shipbuilding industry in the respective trade.

AGE LIMIT: Maximum age limit is 33 years and minimum age limit not less than 18 years 01/03/2014.
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
