1. English Stenographer, Group B: 05 Nos. (Gen-04, SC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or equivalent examination with Certificate in Computer Training and fingering speed in Computer operation.
Candidates must have a minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and a minimum speed @ 30 w.p.m. in typewriting and Certificate in Computer Training (not less than 6 months) with fingering speed in Computer operation.
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.7100/- Rs.37,600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3900/-
2. Bengali Stenographer, Group B: 03 Nos. (Gen-01, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or equivalent examination with Certificate in Computer Training and fingering speed in Computer operation.
Candidates must have a minimum typing speed from a legible manuscript for 10 minutes @ 20 w.p.m. in Bengali and a minimum speed @ 60 w.p.m. in Bengali shorthand and also knowledge in computer operation with Certificate in Computer Training (not less than 6 months and fingering speed in Computer operation.
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.7100/- Rs.37,600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3900/-
3. Lower Division Clerk Group ‘C’: 13 Nos. (Gen-08, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or equivalent examination with Certificate in Computer Training and fingering speed in Computer operation.
Candidates must have elementary knowledge in Computer operation with the ability of Typing on Computer at the speed of 35 words per minutes in English and 25 words per minutes in Bengali not less than six month.
Knowledge in type-writing in English is preferable.

7. Peon/ Farash/ Night Guard, Group ‘D’: 20 Nos. (Gen-12, SC-04, OBC-03, ST-01)
Educational Qualification:Â class VIII pass certificate
For Night Guard candidates should be sound health, good physique and free from any organic defect and bodily infirmity
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.4900/- Rs.16,200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-
8. Karmabandhu Group ‘D’ (Sweeper): 03 Nos. (UR-03)
Educational Qualification:Â Candidates must have ability to read and write Bengali.
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.4900/- Rs.16,200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

Application Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.250/- for the posts under Group B & C category (Rs.100/- & Rs.75/- respectively for SC & ST candidates only) AND Rs. 100 for Group-D category (Rs.75/- & Rs.50/- for SC & ST candidates respectively) as Application Fee.
