OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE, NADIA INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 33 POSTS OF ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER, LOWER DIVISION CLERK, PROCESS SERVER AND GROUP “D” (NIGHT GUARD, SWEEPER AND CUM FARASH). LAST DATE — 30.04.2016

 

1. English Stenographer: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary or Equivalent examination and certificate in computer training. Candidates must have minimum speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and a minimum speed of 30wpm in typewriting
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- Rs.37600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3900/-

 

2. Lower Division Clerk: 10 Nos. (Gen-07, SC-01, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent examination and certificated in computer training with good fingering speed in computer operation.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-

 

3. Process Server: 05 Nos. (Gen-02, SC-01, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Eighth standard pass
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2300/-

 

4. Group “D” (Night Guard): 11 Nos. (Gen-05, SC-03, OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: Eighth standard pass
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.4900/- Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-

 

5. Group “D” cum Farash: 05 Nos. (Gen-03, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Eighth standard pass
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.4900/- Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-

 

6. Group “D” Sweeper: 05 Nos. (Gen-03, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Eighth standard pass
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.4900/- Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through written test and for post of Sweeper there will be Personality test.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300 (Rs.200 for SC/ST) for Steno and LDC AND Rs.200 (Rs.100 for SC/ST) for Process Server/ Night Guard/ Group D cum Farash.

Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Office of the District Judge, Nadia. See released advertisement for more details.

For the post Sweeper Candidates shall pay Rs.100/- as application fee through I.P.O drawn in favour of District Judge, Nadia and Payable at Krishnagar

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online (except for the Group D post) only through the official website of Office of the District Judge, Nadia — www.djnadia.ucanapply.com / www.ecourts.gov.in/Nadia (See link to Application form given below) from dated 01.04.2016 to 30.04.2016

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence.

Offline Application: For the post of Group “D” (Sweeper) candidates should apply on prescribed format which can be downloaded from the official website – www.ecourts.gov.in/Nadia along with testimonials. The application form should reach to The Chairman, District Recruitment Committee cum District Judge Nadia at Krishnagar, The District Judge in sealed envelope on or before 30.04.2016
