National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), fully owned by Govt. of India and RBI, is recruiting 67 Assistant Managers and Managers. Advt. No. 1/2013-14. ASSISTANT MANAGERS (GRADE-A)
Number of Vacancies: 37 Nos. (Gen—19; SC—10; ST—1; OBC—7)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate PLUS 05yrs experience at Officer level.
OR
Master’s Degree with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate PLUS 2yrs experience at Officer level.
OR
Full time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ or Chartered/ Cost Accountant/ Company Secretary (ACS) with Bachelor’s degree or A Doctorate Degree with Master’s Degree PLUS minimum 1 yr experience at Officer level.
Age: maximum 30yrs.
Starting Basic Pay — Rs.17100/- per month
MANAGERS (GRADE-B)
Number of Vacancies: 30 Nos. (Gen—16; SC—4; ST—2; OBC—8)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate PLUS 5yrs experience at Officer level
OR
Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management OR Chartered/ Cost Accountant/ Company’s Secretary (ACS) with Bachelor’s degree OR A Doctorate degree with Master’s Degree. Essential — 3yrs experience at Officer level.
Age: Maximum 35yrs.
Starting basic pay — Rs.21000/- per month
Upper age relaxation — The age will be taken as on 31-08-2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
The selection of the candidates will be through Written examination which will be carried Online at various centres across the country. Online Admit card will be provided to the eligible candidates. (See the below given PDF for details)
