1. DATA ANALYST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MSc or equivalent in Bioinformatics or a related subject with first class marks.
Desirable: i) Minimum one year experience in hands on massively parallel sequencing data analysis.
ii) Knowledge of programming languages like R, C/C++, JAVA, PYTHON.
Age Limit: Maximum- 28 years as on 28/02/2017
Pay Scale: Rs.18, 000 – Rs.25, 000
2. TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MSc or equivalent (or BSc with 3 years laboratory experience) in Genetics/Life
Sciences/Biochemistry/related discipline.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in genomics laboratory work.
Desirable: Hands-on experience in massively parallel sequencing/ SangerCE sequencing/ microarray based genotyping or gene expression.
Age Limit: Maximum- 28 years as on 28/02/2017
Pay Scale: Rs.18, 000 – Rs.25, 000
3. DATA ANALYST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) M.Tech, MSc or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Bioinformatics or a related discipline.
ii) Proficiency in programming in C/C++ or python.
iii) Prior experience in high through put data (NGS) handling.
Desirable: i)Handling of software packages and databases
ii)Experience in handling DNA sequence/genotyping data
Age Limit: Maximum- 28 years as on 28/02/2017
Pay Scale: Rs.18, 000 – Rs.25, 000
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MSc or equivalent in Life Sciences/related discipline.
ii) Postgraduate degree/diploma in Management.
Desirable: Experience in the conduct of field studies on populations/cohorts involving collection of biospecimens.
Age Limit: Maximum- 28 years as on 28/02/2017
Pay Scale: Rs.18, 000 – Rs.25, 000
