1. CONSULTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Social Studies/Commerce/Education
Desirable: 1. Experience in field of Education Assessment/Survey Activities.
2. Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS and other software
3. Experience of Analysis of data by using Item Response Theory (IRT)
4. Interpretation of IRT output
Pay Scale: Rs.45, 000/-
2. SYSTEM ANALYST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Statistics/Maths/Commerce/Economics/Education/Computer Science/MCA with minimum 55% marks or equivalent OR Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent and PG Diploma in Computer applications in case of professional fields with 55% marks.
Experience: Three years experience as system analysis od survey data & data management / data analysis.
Desirable: Working knowledge of SPSS, Bilog and other Software of analysis and knowledge of IRT.
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/-
3. SURVEY ASSOCIATE
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Science/ Statistics/ Maths/ Education/ Commerce/ Economics with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
Experience: Two years experience in tools development, Monitoring Survey activities and data Collection.
Desirable: 1. Working Knowledge of data analysis software.
2. Ph.D./NET in relevant discipline.
Pay Scale: Rs.30, 000/-
4. SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER CUM-VISUALIZER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 1.Post Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent qualifications.
2. Graduate with 55% marks and PG diploma in case of professional fields with 55% marks and five years experience OR Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Computer Application with 55% marks or equivalent and proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Pagemaker, Photoshop, IIustrator, InDesign, MS Excel, Equation Editor, MS-word etc.
Experience: Five years of experience
Desirable: Conceptual Clarity of Layout, typography, color theory skills, creating page layouts and title treatments.
Working knowledge in creating digital files upto pre-press activities
Pay Scale: Rs.30, 000/-
5. D.T.P OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates should have proficiency in Database softwares, Coral Draw, Pagemaker, Photoshop, InDesign, Equation Editor and MS-office and proficiency in working in English and Hindi both.
Candidates should have two years working experience as a DTP Operator.
Experience: Candidates should have typing speed 40wpm of English and 30 wpm Hindi and Image editing, making maps & graphs/Charts.
Pay Scale: Rs.23, 000/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview and Technical Test.
