NHDC Limited is inviting online Application form for the post of – Trainee Engineer, Trainee Officer, Jr. Engineer, Supervisor and Hindi Translator in different discipline. Advt No. NHDC/HR/RECT-I/2013. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through the official website of NHDC (See below). Selection of the candidates will be done through Written Test and/or Interview. Number of vacancies and qualification norms are given below —

NHDC LIMITED REQUIRES TRAINEE ENGINEER/ OFFICER, JR. ENGINEER, SUPERVISOR AND HINDI TRANSLATOR. LAST DATE — 14/02/2014

1. Trainee Engineer (Civil): 3 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology/ B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks).
Pay Scale: Rs.20600—46500

2. Trainee Engineer (Electrical): 10 Nos. (Gen—8; OBC—2)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology/ B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks).
Pay Scale: Rs.20600—46500

3. Trainee Officer (Finance): 5 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—1)
Qualification: Graduate with CA / CWA or CMA
Pay Scale: Rs.20600—46500

4. Trainee Officer (HR): 3 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—1)
Qualification: 02 years Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource/ Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Management & Labour Relations/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Industrial Relations & Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks).
OR
 Master in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
OR
Masters of Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks)
OR
Two years MBA with Specialization in Human Resource with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks).
Pay Scale: Rs.20600—46500

5. Trainee Officer (PR): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: 02 year Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Mass Communication /Journalism with minimum 60% marks or equivalent (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks).
Pay Scale: Rs.20600—46500

6. Junior Engineer (Electrical): 10 Nos. (Gen—6; OBC—4)
Qualification: 03 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks). Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale: Rs.15000—37000

7. Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 5 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent (SC/ST/PWD candidates with minimum 50% marks). Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale: Rs.15000—37000

8. Supervisor (IT): 4 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—1)
Qualification: Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ Level/ Graduate with one year Diploma in Computer application Or BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience: Candidates shall have experience in the relevant field.
Pay Scale: Rs.15000—37000

9. Hindi Translator: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the degree level or Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level
Experience: Candidates shall have one year post qualification experience in the related filed (translation work)
Desirable — Degree/Diploma in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.14500—36000

N.B: All the course/degree, mentioned above, shall be Full time in Regular Mode. Qualification acquired through Distance Education mode will not be entertained.

Age Limit (for all posts): 30 years as on 01.02.2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others – As per norms.

The selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and/or Interview  at Bhopal (M.P) and/or at any other locations as per requirement.
Date and venue of Written Test and/or Interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. 

Application Fee: General and OBC candidates shall pay Rs.500/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “NHDC Ltd” payable at Bhopal (MP).
NO APPLICATION FEE FOR SC/ST/PWD CANDIDATES.

The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with attested copies of certificates in support of qualification, experience, age, caste / PWD and others as per applicability, with recent passport size photographs duly signed and affixed at right upper corner of application.
