VETERINARY ASSISTANT SURGEON, CLASS-II (GROUP-B)
No. of Vacancies: 143 Nos. (ST-111, SC-32 out of which Women -48 posts, PH-08, EXSM-08, Sportmen-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science or its equivalent qualification.
Candidates must have registered under the Odisha Veterinary practitioners Act,1970.
Candidates should be able to Speak, Read and Write Odia Fluently and must have passed at least an examination in Odia Language equivalent to that of Middle English school standard.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-32 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9,300/- Rs.34,800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4,600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Interview. Written Examination will be held at Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur.
Note: Only ST and SC Candidates of Odisha are eligible to apply.

One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 07/01/2017
