Distribution of vacancies:
(i) EIC, Electricity-cum-PCEI (O)-12 posts (UR-06, SC-02, ST-03, SEBC-01)
(ii) Transport Commissioner (STA)– 07 posts (UR-04, SC-01, ST-01, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Candidates must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a Language subject or have passed the High School Certificate Examination in non -Language subject or have passed a test in odia in M.E School Standard.
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak in Odia.
Desirable: Proficiency in Computer such as Basic knowledge & skill of computer, Internet & E mail, M.S Word, M.S.Excel and Power points etc.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-32 years as on 01/01/2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Premilinary Examination, Main Written Examination, Practical Skill Test and Viva-voce Test.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan.
