Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, Sambalpur, as per Ref.No.MCL/ MP&R/Recruitment/2012 /Statutory/ 613, is recruiting 353 persons for the post of – Jr.Overman, Mining Sirdar, Dy. Surveyor in Technical & Supervisory Grade- C. Matriculation boys who meets the below given criteria may apply for the post through Online or Offline from the official website of Mahanadi Coalfields with scheduled dates. All posts were in Technical & Supervisory Grade—C. No of vacancies given below is including the backlog vacancies.
1. Junior Overman: 165 Nos. (Gen-70; SC-28; ST-49; OBC-18)
Qualification: Madhyamik (Class 10) pass and must have done Diploma in Mining Engineering (3 yrs course), must have valid Overman Competency Certificate, Valid First Aid Certificate and Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
2. Mining Sirdar: 159 Nos. (Gen-50; SC-26; ST-67; OBC-16)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass and must have—Valid Certificate of Mining Sirdarship, Valid First Aid Certificate, Valid Gas Testing Certificate
Candidates with qualification as mentioned for the post of Jr. Overman (above) may also apply.
3. Dy. Surveyor: 29 Nos. (Gen-11; SC-3; ST-13; OBC-2)
Qualification: Should be Madhyamik pass and must have valid Survey Certificate of competency granted by Director General of Mines & Safety.
Age limit (for all posts): between 18yrs to 30yrs as on 31/3/2012. Age relaxation—OBC: 3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs; Ex-Serviceman—as per norms.
Pay Scale: Basic pay, allowances and fringe benefits are as per Company’s Rules.
