Andhra Bank is recruiting 89 Probationary Officers—Special Drive to clear backlog of OBC vacancies – 2011-12. Only OBC candidates with valid Score card issued by IBPS may apply for the post. Details below—

Name of the Post: Probationary Officer (JMG Scale-I)


No. of Post: 89 Nos. (OBC) out of which PH(OBC)- 2nos.


Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with I class with 60% marks OR equivalent from any University recognized by UGC  or by Govt. of India. Candidates should have valid IBPS Score card and have must have Computer knowledge.

Age: Within 21yrs to 30yrs. (OBC-3yrs and PH-10yrs as age relaxation)
Salary: Rs. 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 and other allowances like DA, HRA, CCA as per rules

How to apply: Candidates may apply online from the official website of Andhra Bank—http://www.andhrabank.in
Before applying candidates will requires to deposits Application fee of Rs.200 (Rs.50 for OBC-PH) from any CBS branch of Andhra Bank through fee challan. Fee challan is available for download from the bank website. Fee can be also paid through NEFT.

After depositing the fee, candidates may submit the online application form. After successful submission of application form, make a print-out copy and keep safely for further use. There is no need to send any documents by post. All the original documents of Educational documents, fee challan and print-out application will require to produce during Group Discussion/Interview.

Selection for the post of `Probationary Officer‟ will be made on the basis of performance in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2011/November 2011 and Group Discussion and/Interview.

Last date: Online registration and Application fee can be made till 14/02/2012.
