20 Nos. Project Engineer in Railtel Corporation of India Ltd. Last Dt. 27/07/2012

Railtel Corporation of India Ltd, Under Ministry of Railways, in recruiting 20 persons for the posts of – “Project Engineer” for its North-east region Telecom/ OFC projects. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 3 years especially for the said projects and are not transferable outside the project. Candidates with B.E or B.Tech in the below mentioned discipline may apply for the posts.  Advertisement No. RCIL/2007/P&A/44/3 . The eligibility criteria in brief is given below—

1. Project Engineer: 20 Nos.

Qualification: Candidates should be BE/ B.Tech in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA or equivalent.
Experience required: Minimum 2yrs of managerial/ supervisory experience in the field of execution Telecom infrastructure projects and / or operation & maintenance of Telecom network.

Pay per month: Rs.30,000 per month.

Candidates should be physically fit as per medical fitness standards. Selected candidates will go through medical examination for fitness test.

Selection steps: Candidates will be selected through Written Test and Interview. Written Test/ Interview is likely to be held at Kolkata.
