Qualification: B. Sc. (Agriculture) 1st Division and M. Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture)
OR B. Tech. (Agriculture Engineering) 1st Division and M. Tech (Agriculture Engineering)
OR B. Sc. (Agriculture)/ B. Tech. (Agriculture Engineering) 1st Division and MBA
2. Executive (G): 05 posts.
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 2nd Division and one year diploma in computer
3. Executive (A/cs): 29 posts.
Qualification: B. Com with minimum 2nd Division and minimum 6 months diploma in Accountancy on Tally and Computer Language
4. Executive (T): 23 posts.
Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture) with 1st division.
5. Junior Scale Stenographer: 20 posts.
Qualification: Graduation and computer certificate course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC
6. Clerk-cum-Computer Operator: 53 posts.
Qualification: Graduation and computer certificate course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC
7. Sub Inspector (Presently Fertilizer Clerk): 45 posts.
Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture)
8. Junior Storekeeper: 32 posts.
Qualification: 10+2 and 02 years certificate course in Agriculture
9. Technical Assistant: 35 posts.
Qualification: 10+2 and 02 years certificate course in Agriculture
Note: For all the above posts, candidates should have passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subject or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language
Age Limit: 18 years to 37 years as on 01/01/2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; BC- 5yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
SC/ST and BC candidates belonging to other States are required to fill their Post Category as General Category. They are entitled only to age relaxation and application fee concession (wherever applicable) but not entitled to avail reservation. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test. The written test will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and there shall be negative marking. Written Test will be held at Patiala.
Candidates appearing for the post of Junior Scale Stenographer and Clerk-cum-Computer Operator should first sit for English Shorthand test and Punjabi/English type test on computer respectively before written test. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Application Fee: Rs.750/- (Rs.375/- for SC/ST). Fee can be paid through any branch of State Bank of Patiala by means of fee payment challan. Fee challan will be generated automatically upon registration for online application.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies out of which one copy is to be send at the below given address by post along with Fee deposit slip and two additional photographs, so as to reach on or before 14/08/2015
Address to send the Print-out: The Incharge, PAICL-Cell, Thapar University, Patiala – 147 004. Hard Copies in time should be submitted by Registered Post/Courier
The envelope containing the print-out application should be superscribed as “Application Form for the PAICL recruitment.”
Candidates may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application for each post along with separate processing fee.
