1. ASSISTANT GENERAL SECRETARY (COMPANY SECRETARY)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation and Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India.
Experience: At least 08 years post qualification experience in handling Regulatory and Compliance requirements of SEBI, NSE and BSE of an entity listed in NSE or BSE of which at least 05 years should be as Company Secretary.
Age Limit: Minimum-35 years and maximum-50 years as on 01.01.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.59170 – Rs.66070
2. CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering with minimum 60% & above marks OR B.Sc. and MCA. MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture.
Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference. OR Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing & Finance, should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, etc.
Experience: i) Candidates must have experience as Head or second in command of its digital and/or analytic vertical in a medium/big size organization, heading a group of professional of about 20 or more, for minimum 03 years, and the organization serving a large customer base. The candidate who has worked in web design/development and analytics for minimum 02 years each in these verticals will be preferred OR 07 years Experience of planning and executing digital/ analytics activities in the financial/insurance sector with a strong customer base and a well defined and implemented digital & analytics functions.
ii) Must have handled technology solutions on digital products, statistical modeling, risk management and business analytics. Data Mining and Working knowledge of statistical tools viz:- SAS, R,SPSS/Python.

3. ASSISTANT GENERAL SECRETARY (ECONOMIST)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Economics with monetary/ financial economics/ statistics/ econometrics as subject. Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage.
Experience: i) At least 10 years in a commercial bank/Financial Institution/ Rating Agency/ Business Analytics Companies out of which at least 5 years should be in Senior Management Grade reporting directly to the Top Management.
ii) Experience should be in Economic Advisory, Research, Economic analysis, Alignment of Business Model with the emerging economic scenario, Statistical analysis of performance, Planning, Budgeting of Business, Business Forecasting.
Age Limit: Minimum-45 years and maximum-50 years as on 01.01.2017.

4. GENERAL MANAGER-HR (CORPORATE)

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Organizational Development.
Experience: At least 15 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations. Exposure of working with a large geographically dispersed organization.
Age Limit: Minimum-40 years and maximum-50 years as on 01.01.2017.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
