RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, under Ministry of Railways, is recruiting 40 Field Supervisor for its National Optic Fiber Network (NOFN) projects in the Southern (Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry) and Western (Gujrat,DD & DN) Regions. FIELD SUPERVISOR
Number of Vacancies: 40 Nos.
(i) For National Optic Fiber Network (NOFN) projects in the Southern Region (Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry) — 20 Nos.

(ii) For National Optic Fiber Network (NOFN) projects in the Western Region (Gujrat,DD & DN)) — 20 Nos.

Educational Qualification: 3 years of Diploma course in Electronics/Telecom/Communication/Electrical with minimum 55% marks, with minimum 3 (three) year managerial/supervisory experience in the field of execution of Optical Fiber Cable based telecom Infrastructure Projects and/or operation and maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable/equipment/network;
OR
BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Telecom/Communication/Electrical/IT/Computer Science or MCA with minimum 55% marks, with minimum 1 (one) year managerial/supervisory experience in the field of execution of Optical Fiber Cable based telecom Infrastructure Projects and/or operation and maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable/ equipment/ network.
The engagement to the posts will be on contractual basis initially for 3 years which may be further extended upon requirements of project and performance of the candidates.
The selection will be made through written test and /or interview of short-listed candidates at a place to be decided by Railtel.
Remuneration: Rs.20000/- plus other allowances as per norms per month.
