RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (RBI) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 04 POSTS OF LEGAL OFFICER (GRADE-B) AND ASSISTANT ARCHIVIST (GRADE-A). LAST DATE — 03/06/2016
1. Legal Officer (Grade-B): 03 Nos. (UR-02; ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years or Master’s Degree in Law AND Proficiency in computer applications.
Experience: At least two years’ experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer
Age Limit:Â Not exceeding 32 years as on 01/05/2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST candidates.
Pay Scale:Â Rs.35150 – Rs.62400 plus other allowances as per norms.
2. Assistant Archivist (Grade-A): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification:Â Degree or Diploma in Archives keeping or Archives Administration or Archival Science or Archives and Records Management from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience: Desirable – The candidates should possess working experience in an Archives Office or Archives Project or teaching or research experience from a recognized University or Institution.
Age Limit:Â Not exceeding 35 years as on 01/05/2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.28150 – Rs.55600 plus other allowances as per norms.
Candidates’ Selection: There will be Written Test and Interview for the post of Legal Officer wheras only Interview for the post of Astt. Archivist.

Application Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.600/- for General and OBC candidates AND Rs.100/- for SC/ST & PWD candidates as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence.
NOTE: Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Archivist (Grade-A) should send one copy of the system generated print-out along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 10/06/2016 (5 pm)
Candidates applying for the post of Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’ need not submit/send any print-outs.
