North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (NBPDCL), South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL) and Bihar State Power Transmission Company Ltd. (BSPTCL) Employment Notice No. 03/2013. 1. Assistant Electrical Engineer (AEE): 208 Nos. (Gen—104; SC—34; ST—3; EBC—37; BC—30)
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Tele-communication/ Power Engineering.
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil): 17 Nos. (Gen—10; SC—2; EBC—3; BC—2)
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering
3. Revenue Officer (RO): 53 Nos. (Gen—27; SC—8; EBC—9; BC—9)
Qualification: MBA/ PGDBM along with 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Tele-communication/ Power Engineering
4. Junior Electrical Engineer – JEE, Grade-II: 435 Nos. (Gen—218; SC—70; ST—4; EBC—78; BC—65)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical& Electronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Power Engineering
5. Junior Engineer – JE (Civil), Grade-II: 60 Nos. (Gen—30; SC—10; EBC—10; BC—10)
Qualification: Diploma in Civil OR B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering
N.B: Only full time course will be entertained. Candidates must have acquired minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST and 55% for BC/ EBC)
For JE Gr-II/JE(Civil) Gr-II — Either 60% marks (50% for SC/ST and 55% for BC/ EBC) in Diploma OR minimum 50% (Applicable to all categories) marks in Engineering Degree.

Pay Scales:
(i). AEE/ AE (Civil)/ RO : Rs. 32,000-51,000
(ii). JEE Gr.-II / JE Gr.-II (Civil): Rs. 15,500-24,000/-
Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and maximum 37 years as on 31/08/2013. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.
