1. DEPUTY SECRETARY (PUBLICATION)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree from a recognised University in a language recognised by Akademi or equivalent.
ii) General knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the literary community.
iii) Sound knowledge of at least one Indian language and good knowledge of English.
iv) Basic knowledge of computer application.
Experience: Five years experience relevant to the execution of the job with ability to organize programmes and processing documents/minutes.
Desirable: i. A Research/Doctoral degree in literature.
ii. Knowledge of Book Production and Publication.
iii. Experience in editing publications.
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years
Pay Scale: Rs.15600- Rs.39100 and Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
2. PROGRAMME OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree from a recognized University in a language/literature recognized by the Akademi.
ii) Good contacts with writers and publishers.
iii) Basic knowledge of computer application.
Experience: Five years’ experience in an academic or literary institution with ability to organize literary activities.
Desirable: i) Research degree in literature. ii) Working knowledge of English, Hindi and another language.
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years
Pay Scale: Rs.15600- Rs.39100 and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
3. STENOGRAPHER GR-II
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 from Recognized Board.
ii) 80 w.p.m. speed in shorthand and good speed in typing in English/Hindi.
iii) Good knowledge in computer application.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
