SOLAR ENERGY CORPORATION OF INDIA (SECI) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 14 SENIOR ENGINEER AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT. LAST DATE – 08/03/2015
1. SENIOR ENGINEER (S2): 13 posts. (Gen—7; OBC—3; SC—2; ST—1)
Qualification: Full time Engineering Graduate/ Post Graduate Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil/ Energy/ Renewable Energy/ Environment/ Power System with 60% marks or equivalent grade OR Master’s degree in Physics with 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Candidates must have one year post qualification executive experience.
Pay Scale: Rs.20600—46500 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: maximum 28yrs.
2. PERSONAL ASSISTANT (S1): 1 post (Gen)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and should have done Stenography/ Secretarial Practice Course/ exam with a speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing. Knowledge in Computer is essential. Knowledge of Hindi Stenography is desirable.
The candidates must have one year post qualification experience.
Pay Scale: Rs.10600—28900 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: maximum 30yrs.
Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Govt. norms. Age will be counted as on last date of receipt of application.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test (Stenography and Typing test for Personal Assistant) and/or Group Discussion/ Interview or any other mode as decided by the Authority and depending on number of applicants. See officially released advertisement for more details.
The written test/Interview will be held at Delhi only. Exact date and venue will be intimated through Admit card which candidates may download from the website of SECI in due course.

Application Fee: Rs.1000/- for the post of Sr. Engineer and Rs.600/- for the post of Personal Assistant. Fee is to be paid through online mode using debit/credit card or net banking.
No application fee for SC/ST and PWD candidates.
Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and shall retain the same for future correspondence.
