JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)
No. of vacancies: 104 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (LCE) or equivalent and above.
i) Candidate must be in possession of either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Identification Certificate.
ii) Candidates should have knowledge of any of the State Language viz. Nepali/ Sikkimese/ Bhutia/ Lepcha/ Limboo.
iii) Candidates should have valid Local Employment Card.
iv) Candidates should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-30 years as on 31/07/2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.3800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Interview.
