Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent. Knowledge of Computer and Computer application like MS Office and databases is essential.
Age: between 18yrs to 27yrs as on 7/5/2012
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.2400
Post: MTS (MultiTasking Staff)—6 Nos.
No. of vacancies as per Sports discipline—
Male: Football—4nos and Volley Ball—2 Nos.
Female: Nill
Qualification: Madhyamik pass
Age: between 18yrs to 25yrs as on 7/5/2012
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.1800
Age relaxation— OBC-8yrs, SC/ST- 10yrs.
Selection Steps: Selection will be made by a Screening cum Selection Committee as per instruction of ESI Corporation. Centre of Selection/ Examination will be Kolkata only.
Application Fee: Application fee of Rs.225 (for the post of UDC) and Rs.125 (for MTS) is to be paid in form of Demand Draft/ Bankers’ Cheque in favour of “The Regional Director, E.S.I. Corporation, Kolkata” drawn from ‘State Bank of India’ payable at Kolkata
SC/ST and Women candidates do not need Application fee.
How to Apply: Application form as per format along with D.D./ Banker’s Cheque should reach by Ordinary Post or may be submitted in person. Application form should be enclosed with the following attested copies of documents. Attestation should be done by Gazetted Officer—
- Attested copies of educational certificate
- Attested copies of birth proof certificate, Sports qualification and Experience certificate, if any
- 2 copy color passport size photographs duly attested by Gazetted Officer (One copy pasted on application form and other copy as enclosure after writing your name on back side of it)
- 2 Nos. self-addressed envelope (23cmsX10cms)
- Attested copy of Caste Certificate, for SC/ST and OBC sportsperson.
- D.D for application fee (write your name, address and name of post on the reverse)
- Any other documents, if any
On the top of the application containing envelope, superscribe— “Application for the post of ______ under MSP Quota”. Application form should reach by Ordinary post or can be submitted in person at the below address.
