37 Sportsperson as Inspector, Tax Asst., Stenographer in Income Tax Dept- Delhi. Last Dt. 25/10/2012

The Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi Region is recruiting 37 Meritorious Sportsperson for the posts of – Inspector, Tax Assistant and Stenographer. The appointment is on Temporary basis but likely to become permanent. The probation period is of 2 years. Interested candidates may apply on prescribed application form. eligibility norms and brief information is given below—

1. Inspectors: 5 Nos. (Gen—4; OBC—1)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline.

2. Tax Assistant: 25 Nos. (Gen—14; OBC—7; SC—3; ST—1)
Qualification: degree in any discipline and must have Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depression per hour.

3. Stenographer, Grade-II: 7 Nos. (Gen—4; OBC—2; SC—1)
Qualification: Class 12 pass or equivalent. Dictation skill—80 words per minute, Transcription Skill—50 words per minute  in English and 65 words per minute  in Hindi on Computer.

Sports Eligibility: Candidates must have played National or International Competition or Tournament in any of the following games/ sports mentioned below—

How to Apply: Eligible candidates must apply on prescribed application format or can be neatly typed on plain paper as per format.
Candidates should enclose the attested copies of documents and testimonials in support of Qualification, Age proof, Caste, Sports eligibility, Etc and any other relevant documents in support of eligibility. Candidates must paste one color (attested by Gazetted Officer) photograph on the form.

N.B: This notification is published earlier on October 2010 therefore candidates who have applied before need not to apply again.
