Staff Selection Commission West Bengal (SSCWB) invites application for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). Last Dt. 07/12/2012

Staff Selection Commission is inviting application for the recruitment purpose of Group-C post “Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Non-Technical)” from the eligible candidates of different States/ UTs. Minimum Qualification is Matriculation. Candidates may submit their application form online from the official website of SSC (link given below). Qualification norms and information in brief is given below—

Name of the Post: Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
No. of vacancies in different Regional Offices of the Commission in different States/UTs will be announced in due course.

Qualification Required: Minimum Madhyamik pass (Class-10 pass) or equivalent from recognised board.

Age Limits: between 18yrs to 25yrs as on 01/01/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs; PH—10yrs and Ex-Serviceman and Others—as per norms.

Application fee: Candidates should pay Rs.100/- as application fee. Candidates opting to apply Online may deposit Application fee through any branch of State Bank of India by Fee payment Challan or through Online payment system during application.
Candidates applying offline (i.e. making paper application), should pay the Application fee only through Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) from Post Offices.

Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination which will be in two papers. Paper-I will of Objective type and Paper-II will be descriptive type.
The examination will be at respective Examination centre according to State/ UT wise (Refer the Advt.). For West Bengal; the examination centre will be at—
West Bengal (State Code-05): Kolkata(4410), Midnapur(4413), Jalpaiguri(4408), Chinsurah (4405), Siliguri (4415), Berhampore(4403), Barasat(4402), Malda(4412)

How to Apply: Application form can be submitted Online and Offline. Candidates may opt for anyone.
For Offline application, candidates should apply on prescribed format. The application form is available for download from the official site of SSC (link given below)

For Online Application, visit the official site of SSC – http://www.ssconline.nic.in. Online application is to be submitted in two Part. Refer the Advt.
After successful submission of Online Application; retain the print-out copy of system generated form safely for future use.

In case of Offline application (i.e. Paper form), the Application form must reach on or before 07/12/2012 (14/12/2012 in the case of applicants residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshdweep & for applicants residing abroad).
