Sarva Shiksha Mission, Murshidabad – Recruitment of 32 MIS Co-ordinator, DEO & Accountant. Last Dt. 28/11/2014

Office of the District Magistrate and District Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Missison (SSM), Murshidabad is recruiting 32 Block MIS Co-Ordinator, Block Data Entry Operator and Block Level Accountant for different Blocks of District Murshidabad attached to CLRC Offices. Notification No. – 565/SSM/2014. The engagement will be purely temporary on contract basis for a duration of one year. 1. BLOCK MIS CO-ORDINATOR
Number of Vacancies: 17 Nos.
Name of the Blocks where vacancies are available — Beldanga-II, Bhagwangola-II, Bharatpur-I, Burwan, Domkal, Farakka, Hariharpara, Jalangi, Kandi, Khargram, Msd-Jiaganj, Nabagram, Nowda, Raninagar-II, Sagardighi, Suti-I and Suti-II.
Educational Qualification: BCA or Equivalent Degree / B.Sc. in Computer Science / Graduate with DOEACC – “A” Level from any recognized University / Institution as a regular student.
Candidates shall have computer knowledge covering MS Office & Oracle.
Experience—One year is experience in related field is desirable.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15000/-

 

2. BLOCK DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Number of Vacancies: 12 Nos.
Name of the Blocks where vacancies are available — Farakka, Hariharpara, Jalangi, Kandi, Khargram, Lalgola, Msd-Jiaganj, Raninagar-I, Raninagar-II, Samserganj, Suti-I, Raghunathganj-I
Educational Qualification: H.S./12th Std. Passed in any stream from a recognized Board/council at least with 50% marks.
Candidates should possess knowledge in Computer (MS Office, Pagemaker, Bengali Software) and should have computer Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and Bengali.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11000/-

 

3. BLOCK LEVEL ACCOUNTANT
Number of Vacancies: 3 Nos.
Name of the Blocks where vacancies are available — Raghunathganj-I, Farakka, Bhawangola-II
Educational Qualification: B.Com (Hons.) from recognized university on regular course whoever candidates with higher qualification of M-Com / Inter C.A. / Inter I.C.W.A. will be given weight age.
Candidates should possess computer knowledge, atleast Certificate in computer course covering MS Office and shall be conversant with Tally Accounting Package (with Latest version).
Experience—At least two years in account & Audit Job in Govt./ Any organization/ Firm having computer environment.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12000/-

 

AGE LIMIT (For all posts): Minimum 21 and Maximum 35 year as on 1st January, 2014.

 

Eligible candidates will be called for the Selection Test. Details of selection test, date and venue will be intimated in to the eligible candidates in due course.
