STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 2000 POSTS OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS. LAST DATE — 13.05.2018
PROBATIONARY OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 2000 Nos. (Gen-1010, SC-300, ST-150, OBC-540. Out of the total posts, 118 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification.
Candidates who are in the Final year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply. Candidates possessing qualification of Chartered Accountant may also apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01.04.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.23700-42020/-
The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of Two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Group Exercise and Interview. The Preliminary Examination will be held on 1st, 7th & 8th of July 2018. Main Examination will be held on 04/08/2018. Group Exercise and Interview will be held from 24/09/2018 to 12/10/2018. The examination will be held at various centres across India.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD) as Application Fee. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
