(CD A/c No.29312051276, lying with Kolkata Main Branch) or any Branch of United Bank of India (CD A/c No.0070050002102, lying with Alipore Branch). SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying such fees.

Along with the application form, enclosed the following documents—

• Attested copies of Age, Educational, Computer Certificate, Experience certificate and etc
• Attested copy of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• One recent passport size photograph pasted on the application form and self-singed on it.
• Fee Challan copy. SC/ST candidates do not require to pay fee.
