University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Bangalore, is recruiting 23 persons for the following Technical-4 Series Posts — Training/ Technical Assistant/ Field Supervisor, Farm Manager and Programme Assistant (Computer). Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed format. Eligibility norms in brief is given below—
1. Training Assistant / Technical Assistant / Field Supervisor: 14 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Home Science / Agricultural Engineering / Veterinary Science / Animal Science / Forestry / Sericulture / Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation / Food Science / Agri. Biotechnology from a recognized Agricultural University with minimum 55% of marks.
Pay scale: Rs.9300—Rs.34800 and Grade pay—Rs.4200
2. Farm Managers: 7 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Sericulture / Agril. Marketing and Cooperation from a recognized Agricultural University with minimum 55% of marks.
3. Programme Assistant (Computer): 02 Nos.
Qualification: B.Sc. (Computer Science) / Bachelor in Computer Application OR Any Bachelor degree from a recognized University with one year Diploma in Computer Application.
Kannada knowledge in computer application is required.
N.B: For alternative marks/ grade in above qualification criteria and cut-off in percentage for SC/ST candidates; read the Advt. from the website mentioned below.
Pay Scale (for all): Rs.9300—Rs.34800 and 4200 as Grade Pay.
